  • Our wedding is a strict and formal Black Tie dress code.

    Men: Tuxedo & Bow Tie
    Women: Floor length Gown

  • We are only tracking online RSVPs, so please RSVP through the RSVP Tab on this website only.

    Please list all names in your party & next to each name please advise if they are attending or not attending. 

    We kindly ask that only guests who have been invited RSVP,  we unfortunately cannot cater for plus ones at our celebrations. 

    When listing dietary requirements please put the guest's name next to the requirement they correlate too.

  • We politely request no one under the age of 16 years old be present at the reception.

  • Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, should you wish to honour us with a gift, we kindly ask you to contribute to our wishing well!

    This will be set up at the reception!

  • We ask our guests to refrain from using their technology during our ceremony and instead, remain present with us during this intimate proclamation of our love and commitment to one another!

    Our Ceremony is indoors, inside the Cathedral. There is limited seating available so if you arrive and there are no spots in the pew's left, we kindly ask you to congregate at the back of the church and remain standing.

  • There is street parking on Renwick St and George St, which runs perpendicular to Cleveland St and is a short walk to The Cathedral of The Annunciation of Our Lady

    There is street parking on Chalmers St, which also runs perpendicular to Cleveland St, but is a longer walk to The Cathedral of The Annunciation of Our Lady

    If you plan to spend time in the city between our Ceremony and Reception, we suggest utilising a Rideshare app (13Cabs, Uber, DiDi) to The Cathedral of The Annunciation of Our Lady for convenience

  • The easiest way to get to our reception is to utilise a Rideshare app (13Cabs, Uber, DiDi) to get dropped off in Angel Place, which is around the corner from the Ivy Precinct.

    If you are staying in the city, you may also be able to utilise the Light Rail from near your hotel and get off at Wynyard, which brings you right out the front of the Ivy Precinct

  • Our ceremony will look to conclude at approx. 2.00pm

    Our Welcome Drinks are to commence at 6.30pm at the Ballroom Foyer, with doors opening at 7.00pm.

    There are no events between these times, therefore our guests are fit to do as they please in preparation for our evening celebrations!

  • Yes, both venues have accessibility for wheelchairs. 

    There are no stairs at the Cathedral and is easily accessible for all. 

    At reception, any of the Ivy staff members will be able to escort you to the elevators and take you to the correct level.
